- The summer camp will be from Monday June 16 to Friday June 20 at 1st Presbyterian Church on 1340 Murchison Dr.
- The daily schedule will be from 9:00 am to 1:30 p.m. and the closing performance will be on Friday June 20th at 6:00 p.m. Students should be inside and ready to play by 9:00 am.
- The daily schedule will include music theory/history, combo/small ensemble, big band/large ensemble, and improvisation, as well as a 30-minute break in which students will be given snacks/drinks Monday-Thursday and a full meal(hamburgers/hotdogs) on the closing Friday. Students are also welcome to bring their own snacks/meals/drinks if they want to.
VIDEO AUDITION INSTRUCTIONS
Every student will have to record an audition video in order to place them by levels. The video will be uploaded to YouTube (private/unlisted so that only people with the link can see) and sent to our email.
Download the AUDITION PACKET file below and choose a beginner, intermediate, or advanced part that you would like to audition for, then record yourself playing the part for your instrument with a phone, tablet, or any recording device.

- Sign in to YouTube: Navigate to the YouTube website and log in to your account.
- Initiate Upload: Click on the "Upload video" button, typically located at the top right of the page.
- Select Privacy: Before uploading, choose "Unlisted" from the privacy options.
- Browse and Upload: Click the "Select files" button and locate the video file you want to upload.

$25 registration fee
The summer camp instruction is free, but the registration will help us ensure that students who register are serious about committing to attend all five days from June 16-20 and will also help our non-profit organization cover some of the costs of the supplies that students will use throughout the week.
- Below is the Zeffy platform that we use for payments. By default, it adds a small contribution to their website. You May click the drop-down menu and click on "Other" then enter $0 for the additional contribution. You do not need any additional contributions going to the Zeffy platform. Click on the Add + button to get started.
